Xilinixilis is a Falatacot that was previously in the service of the Matrons on Bur and the Old Ones, including N'cthail.<ref name="GhostlyMissive">2008/04 Upping the Ante - Kaurik's Ghost Messenger: Ghostly Messenger's Missive</ref>
In Morningthaw, 19 PY, Xilinixilis sent a messenger to Bur in attempt to contact the Matrons and seek their guidance. Xilinixilis wrote that an Old One calling itself, The Blighted Dreamer, had been beckoning them to serve it. Xilinixilis asked the Matrons if they should answer this call and join the might of the Matriarchs and the Blighted Dreamer, reject it, or follow their instinct.<ref name="GhostlyMissive" />
Isparians intercepted this ghostly messenger sent to Bur, and Xilinixilis never received a response.<ref name="KauriksGhostMessengerKaurikDialog">2008/04 Upping the Ante - Ghostly Messenger's Missive: Kaurik dialog</ref> A few months later in Leafdawning, 19 PY, Xilinixilis reappeared as Xilinixilis T'thuunixis, author of the text The Creation of Blighted Moarsmen.<ref name="TheCreationOfBlightedMoarsmen">2008/07 Shattered Lines - Ritual of the Blight: The Creation of Blighted Moarsmen</ref>
Xilinixilis was now fully in service of T'thuun, and had split from the Matrons on Bur. Xilinixilis was now instructing Isparian followers of T'thuun on how to corrupt Moarsmen into Blighted Moarsmen using Blood Magic.<ref name="TheCreationOfBlightedMoarsmen" />
Xilinixilis' current status is unknown.
