One of the basic character templates provided by Turbine. It replaced the original Archer template. Its description is as follows:
- BOW HUNTERS are specialists in the use of bows. Few characters can shoot arrows with such lethal precision as a highly trained hunter.
The Bow Hunter profession contains the Arcane Lore, Finesse Weapons, Item Enchantment, Melee Defense, Missile Weapons, and Shield skills.

Advancement
Turbine's suggestion for advancement from before Master of Arms is to learn Healing, Fletching, and Life Magic.
