If you don't want a point of Magic Item Tinkering, trade this tessera for another. You may only turn in five per character - so choose carefully!

- Dropped by Olthoi Brood Nobles on the Marae Lassel Plateau only while the Olthoi Queen Quest is active (rings are broken).
