Special Foods are food items with unique names and higher stamina restoration or health restoration than a basic food item. These items spawn from two different generators: Food Stamina Gen and Food Heal Gen. For the most part, these items are only found in dungeons and points of interest. The exceptions to this are:
- Fire Auroch Meat, which is dropped by Fire Aurochs.
- Royal Cabbage, which can be purchased from Farmer Khurah al-Rujarkir.
- Tart Apples, which can be purchased from Ringoshu the Apple Seller.
