- Found on Freebooter Isle on a Corpse of Radiant Blood Agent, a random spawn in the area around the Freebooter Phyntos Wasp Hive (63.1 97.5).
- Appears as a yellow NPC dot on radar, will disappear after five minutes if you do not use the corpse.
- Give to your faction's Commendations Officer for a Commendation Ribbon (you are rewarded for ribbons of all three types).
You allow Commendations Officer to examine your Damaged Radiant Blood Commendation Ribbon.
Commendations Officer tells you, "A damaged society ribbon. It's good that you recovered this."
Commendations Officer tells you, "I'll exchange this for a proper ribbon from our society."
Commendations Officer gives you Radiant Blood Commendation Ribbon.
